DELIVERY AND RETURNS INFORMATION

 

Standard Courier Services

2-4 Day delivery on standard orders, does not apply to bespoke orders. Bespoke and special orders may take longer and you will receive notification via email/telephone once your order is placed with us.



Express Courier Services

Next Day delivery on express orders, does not apply to bespoke orders. Offer subject to stock. If the items ordered are not available for express delivery, you will be notified by email and a telephone call.



Order Tracking
Due to weight, sizes and area of delivery we are unable to issue tracking information at point of purchase. If you require tracking details, please email customerservices@trojanbatteries.co.uk with your order reference number for up-to-date tracking details. We are committed to delivering your items in a safe and timely manner and offer outstanding customer service. 

 

Additional Chargeable Services

 Before 12:00 noon delivery

 Non-UK Mainland including Isles, Highlands, Ireland, Republic of Ireland, Europe, Worldwide

 

What happens if I need to cancel/return my order?

To obtain a refund, you’ll need to contact us and inform us of your cancellation/return where a customer services representative will issue you a returns reference number. Your unwanted items must be returned within 28 days of the delivery date. No returns are accepted without a returns reference supported via email.

Please note: Our items are supplier shipped and must be returned directly to our supplier’s warehouse. Please email to confirm returns address for your items. Items returned to an incorrect address will be redirected at the customer’s expense.
