DELIVERY INFORMATION

Please ensure you have the means to be able to accept a1/4 or full pallet. Delivery drivers will only deliver batteries on a pallet. You may be asked to help off load a large pallet. If ordering 2 or more batteries please be aware that you may need a fork lift or similar loading vehicle.
If you are unsure. Please call our customer service team and we can ensure your delivery is on a tail-lift vehicle.

Standard Carriage Services

Online orders received before 13:30 pm (Mon - Fri) are usually despatched the same working day.
Telephone orders received before 13:30 pm (Mon - Fri) are usually despatched the same working day.
All orders including keys are sent via courier and are fully trackable (Some items you will need to contact sales in order to track)
Due to the product being flooded batteries Standard delivery is charged at 35.00 plus VAT (Charges may vary)

Certain products due to their size and/or weight (such as Flooded Batteries) may be subject to additional delivery costs. Please contact us prior to placing your order if you are unsure of delivery rates.

Credit / Debit card payment

We accept all major credit / debit cards through our secure online checkout. If you'd prefer, call us and we can talk you through your order and place it over the phone for you, again through our secure online order system.

We accept BACS payments. When you place your order simply click 'pay by cheque/BACS' and fill in a simple form. We will then process your order and give you our BACS details. It's only a few clicks and you will receive a VAT invoice too.
