The following are the Terms of Use (these "Terms") that govern the use of the web site (collectively, the "Site"). By using or visiting the site, you agree to be bound by these terms and to follow these terms and all applicable laws and regulations governing the site. Please check this page of the site periodically. If you violate these terms, may terminate your use of the site, bar you from future use of the site, cancel products you receive through the site, cancel your product order, and/or take appropriate legal action against you. Please read the following terms and conditions of sale carefully before ordering products from us. By purchasing goods from us, you agree to these terms of sale. You agree that you are only authorised to visit, view and to retain a copy of pages of this site for your own personal use and that you shall not duplicate, download, publish, modify or otherwise distribute the material on this site for any purpose other than to review event and promotional information, for personal use, or to purchase tickets or merchandise, unless otherwise specifically authorised by Garrison Locks Ltd trading as to do so. You also agree not to deep-link to the site for any purpose, unless specifically authorised by Garrison Locks Ltd trading as The content and software on this site is the property of Garrison Locks Ltd trading as and/or its suppliers and is protected by U.K., U.S., Canadian and international copyright laws. We post a legal notice and various credits on pages of the site, which may not be removed. Please do not remove this notice or these credits, or any additional information contained along with the notices and credits.



A contract for the sale of the product(s) you order from us is only created once we have e-mailed your confirmation that your order has been despatched, this is when we will charge your card.



We will not be legally bound by any factual or typographical errors on the website or other promotional materials.



The price you will pay for the goods/services is the price in the e-mail confirmation. Where applicable you shall be given an estimated time for delivery at the time your order is placed. If the goods are not available for delivery within 28 days of being ordered you shall be entitled to cancel your order and receive a full refund of any monies paid. Where goods become available for delivery at different times we reserve the right to deliver them in stages. Once the goods have been delivered to you, you will hold them at your own risk and will be liable for their loss or destruction. We will not be liable for the loss or destruction of the goods once they have been delivered to you.


The payment Terms act 2017 sets the statutory payment term to 30 days. Trade account customers are required to pay within 30 days of the date of invoice. Late payments are subject to trade pricing being revoked and late payment interest charged at 8% above bank base rate. 



Our Twenty Eight (28) day returns guarantee means that if for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase, you can return it in its original condition within Twenty Eight (28) days of the date you were invoiced for the item, unopened (with any seals and shrink-wrap intact) complete with your returns order reference which can be obtained through customer services and we will issue a full refund for the price you paid for the item less a handling charge of 20% of the returned goods order value.


We can only accept the return of opened items if they are faulty due to manufacturing defects. Please note that we reserve the right to send back items to you that have been returned to us after Twenty-Eight (28) days unless they are faulty. You may be charged for the re-delivery costs.


We reserve the right to send a replacement for any defective product, and we are not obliged to pay a refund.


In the event of Garrison Locks Ltd trading as sending you a replacement for a damaged, defective, or wrong item, you must return the item to Garrison Locks Ltd trading as within Twenty-Eight (28) days. Garrison Locks Ltd trading as reserves the right to charge the price of the replacement item to the payment card used for the original order if you do not return the original item to us within Twenty-Eight (28) days of the date on which confirms we will issue a replacement.



We are able accept special order returns for exchange only if the items are faulty. Faulty items may need to be returned by the buyer for testing by a trained technician. A report will be given once this has been completed. 


 What happens if I need to cancel/return my order?

To obtain a refund, you’ll need to contact us via email and inform us of your cancellation/return. All returns must be received within 28 days of the date of order. No returns are accepted without returns number and email confirmation. Excludes special orders. 

Please note: Items ordered through the website is supplier shipped and must be returned directly to our suppliers warehouse. Please email to confirm returns address for your items. Items returned to incorrect address will be redirected at the customer’s expense. Customers will be charged for collection and redelivery of items sent to the incorrect address.

This returns policy does not affect your statutory rights.




All promotions online are subject to removal without notice.

All promotions are on a "While Stocks Last" basis.

No purchase price is guaranteed until the order is despatched.



To fullest extent permitted at law and except in respect of death and personal injury caused by negligence on our part or on the part of our employees we shall not be liable to you by reason of any representation (unless fraudulent), or any implied warranty condition or other term or any duty at common law or under express terms of the contract for any indirect, special or consequential loss or damage (whether for loss of profit or otherwise), costs, expenses or other claims for compensation whatsoever (whether caused by negligence on our part or the part of our employees or agents or otherwise) which arise from or in connection with the use of the website, the supply of goods or their use or resale by you, and our entire liability under or in connection with the contract shall not exceed the price of the goods, except expressly provided in these conditions. This does not affect your statutory rights.



We reserve the right to delay delivery or to cancel the order or reduce the volume of the goods ordered by you (without any liability to you) if we are prevented from or delayed in the carrying on of our business due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control including without limitation acts of God, governmental actions, war or national emergency, riot, civil commotion, fire, explosion, flood, epidemic, lockout, strikes or other labour disputes (whether or not relating to either party's workforce, or restraints or delays affecting carriers or inability or delay in obtaining supplies of adequate or suitable materials. Provided that if the event in question continues for a continuous period more than 14 days, you shall be entitled to give us notice in writing to terminate the order.


If any clause in this contract is deemed to be unenforceable; the enforceability of any other part of these conditions will not be affected.

This Agreement will be governed by and construed in accordance with English Law.
